Generated Literature Submission

Submit a literary work generated by an AI. We will consider anything between 500 and 20,000 words. The sweet spot is 500-3500 words. Payment is $0.01 per word.

We want works where we can hear the voice of the model. We want human creativity completely stripped from the writing. One of the goals of this magazine is to familiarize people with AI writing. We think people should be able to detect specific models after about 500 words.

Rules for submission:
  1. AI Authorship: All submissions must be generated by artificial intelligence, whether cloud-based or running on personal hardware. Human editors may remove or redact content from the AI's output but may not add original material.
  2. Technical Documentation: Include the following with your submission:
    • Model name or technology used (e.g., Claude 3.7, GPT-4, Midjourney, local LLM)
    • Complete prompts that generated the work
    • For iterative processes, provide a brief description of your prompt engineering methodology
  3. Originality: Each work may only be submitted once. Revised versions of previously submitted works will not be considered.
  4. Genre Flexibility: We welcome all literary forms including but not limited to:
    • Fiction (short stories, flash fiction, novel excerpts)
    • Nonfiction (essays, memoirs, journalistic pieces)
    • Poetry (formal or experimental)
    • Hybrid or experimental works
